Short Answer: 'Yes', you are correct, the problem/issue, regarding "Temple" Work relates to the "Name".

Specifically, the particular "Word" of "Body", in the 'Family Name' / 'Surname'.

And, 'Yes', we must "Request", that each individual/person, be "Checked", in each and very case.

Unfortunately ...

There are certain "Words", when used in the "Name" Field, of an individual/person, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch', that evoke the, "Needs More Information"; and, contact 'FamilySearch', for "Temple" Work.

Individuals/Persons, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch', whose "Name" Field, contains these certain "Words", need to be investigated by 'FamilySearch', prior to "Temple" Work being undertaken, to ensure that these certain "Words" are actually part of the individual's/person's "Name", rather than the contextual use of the "Words".
