Why don't my uncle's temple ordinances not show up in FamilySearch (status not available).

My uncle's name is Sterling James Keck. His FamilySearch ID number is LNK4-7H7. His wife, Regina Pauline Rabb, KW8J-ZXM, her ordinances show up, but the "sealing to spouse" is not available. I know they've been completed, so I'd like to know why. Thank you.

This issue has now been forwarded to the team that can review and correct the status of the ordinances for Sterling James Keck, 12 October 1926 – 1 February 2004,  • LNK4-7H7. You will receive a message in the Community when the review process has been completed. Currently, there is not a way to say why the ordinances show as they do, but the solution is in progress. This process may take some time so your patience is appreciated.

In an attempt to locate the missing ordinances for Sterling James Keck, his ID# was changed to KW8J-26Y.
