Who are the ghost parents?
Lorenzo Waldo Stewart 9 December 1877 – 1 October 1928 • KZPR-NW1
has a set of ghost parents. Can you please tell me who they are so I can determine if they are unknown duplicates of the parents currently listed in the system. I looked back through the change log however it was no help as the parents in the system are the only parents listed for him.
Thank you

Hi Malich.
The mother is listed as both
Nancy Ann Minerva Gideon 1848-1918 • LZVP-GGY as well as
Nancy (Ann) Minerva Gideon (9QPZ0V39)
Lorenzo and all his siblings are showing as being sealed to both

On the ordinance screen for an individual, the Sealing to Parents ordinance date occasionally appears without showing the names of the parents. The most common reason for this is that the set of parents in Family Tree does not match the set of parents associated with the ordinance.
You can also see this when Family Tree cannot display the parents associated with the ordinance because of privacy rights.
The Sealing to Parents date represents a valid temple ordinance for the child. If an additional Sealing to Parents ordinance shows without a completed date, keep in mind that Church policy allows you to seal a person to more than one set of parents.
If another completed Sealing to Parents ordinance date shows, this also represents a valid temple ordinance. If you have further questions about sealing ordinances, please see your ecclesiastical leader.
In English this situation is sometimes referred to as 'ghost parent'

Lorenzo still has a ghost set of parents and the SP for the parents listed in the system now says - This person's ordinance status is not available. Please contact FamilySearch Support if you are a relative and need more information.
I checked and can see that the two versions of his mother Nancy have been merged, but there still seems to be an issue with his parents. All ordinances for his father Isaiah have the above message with them
Thank you
Malich
