New indexing project Proni Northern Ireland

I would love to start an indexing project for the rent account books of the Abercorn Estate in Northern Ireland. Familysearch has these microfillms as they can be requested. How do i go about requesting this project?

    FS needs the permission of the record owner to index records. PRONI has put some records behind pay walls and it seems they want to make a profit from their records. Therefore there's a good chance they wouldn't accept FS making indexes of their records freely available.
