permission for ordinances

my daughter has given verbal approval to have her son my grandsons temple work done. I entered her name and phone number and email. how long does this procsess take? he needs initiatory and endowment done

We have one day to do this and it is next week . I am worried someone won't call her in time.

I see that you went through the initial process to request the temple work for your grandson and that you gave the phone number and email of your daughter to be contacted if necessary. Unfortunately the team that processes these always have many permission request for ordinances to be done so we really do not have a time frame on when that permission can be granted. I will contact you in a private message and gather more information to see if this can be moved through the process, but I can not promise any thing.
