Submit a person/request person to do ordnance work in Temple...?

I have a person/work colleague who I'd like to reserve/include on Temple ordnance rolls. This person is not related/connected to me; however, I have written permission from the deceased persons nearest living relative to include the person/reserve to the Temple ordnance rolls. This person is not 110 years post birth. When I try to ask for permission, the site won't allow me to ask because I'm not related/connected to the deceased person. How can I email/request to have permission to reserve the deceased person? Again, I have written permission from a nearest living relative.

    Hi @WMPSr

Your post sounds like you wish to request ordinances for an individual whom you are not related to, however, since you did not provide the name and ID number of that individual, we could not do any investigation in Family Tree. If this individual was not born in the last 110-years [any time after 1911] then you should not see a request permission banner, but, since our Temple policy asks us not to request ordinances for nonrelated individuals without getting written permission, and you have written permission, we will send you a personal message so that we can forward your concern to the appropriate specialty team that can review your information and request. Please reply directly to the message that is sent.
