When reviewing an indexed record, how to remove entry that shouldn't have been indexed?

While reviewing US, Missouri—Naturalization Records, 1843–1991 [Part E][M3FC-JP4], I have run into numerous records where the indexer has created entries for the children listed on the naturalization record - which are not supposed to be created. There used to be a way of deleting entries, but I cannot see how to do it now. How do I delete the entries?

With the entry you wish to delete on the screen, click on the trash can icon and select "the current entry" and delete.
