Virtual Genealogy Consultation
I completed the Virtual genealogy Consultation form. I tried to upload documents and received the message "Upload Failed. Please try again." I tried several times. At the bottom of the form I clicked Done and nothing happened.
I went to a "Help" site. It wasn't helpful. At the bottom I clicked the thumbs down icon and nothing happened.
It would be nice to be able to send an email message and get some help.
