    Hello @Travis David Bradford

Thank you for using the Community and asking this question. Yes, there are several places that you can go for help with your research. First go to the question mark with the circle around it in the top right corner of the page.

Then select "help center." Then type in key words "ordinances for a friend." There will be several articles, but this is the one you should select: Can I request proxy temple ordinances for a friend?

If this does not answer your question, please reply here and we will try something else.

I have the same situation regarding an ordinance for a friend with family permission, only, i don't want to read an article about what to do. I want to spreak to someone and have the ordinance released. Why do we want to read articles? They are mostly vague at best. Why change what wasn't broken? This is not a change for the better.

Have just read the blue highlighted article above. It tells you to contact Family search. How do we now contact Family Search? You used to be able to do it via the question mark. That option seems to have disappeared.

Sister Birrell you can still talk to a person or chat by using the question mark. Click on the question mark and select "contact us." Then you must scroll down until you see North America.
