How can Temple Ordinance errors be corrected?

I have run across several temple ordinance errors. For example:

The wrong initiatory temple is recorded on Reed W Jensen LN84-K14.

The wrong baptism date is recorded on William Gorringe Corbett KWZS-D1W (only 2 years after birth).

Contact FamilySearch in Community for each person who has Temple Ordinance problems. Be prepared to provide this information:

    • An explanation of problem
    • Your relationship to the person whose record is in question
    • The name, ID, and birth date of the individual in question

Your problem will be forwarded to an internal FamilySearch team to investigate your problem and contact you by private message.
