How can Temple Ordinance errors be corrected?

I have run across several temple ordinance errors. For example:
The wrong initiatory temple is recorded on Reed W Jensen LN84-K14.
The wrong baptism date is recorded on William Gorringe Corbett KWZS-D1W (only 2 years after birth).

Contact FamilySearch in Community for each person who has Temple Ordinance problems. Be prepared to provide this information:
- An explanation of problem
- Your relationship to the person whose record is in question
- The name, ID, and birth date of the individual in question
