Individuals over 110 years are not being allowed without "Permission"
First - I am having a hard time figuring out how to get ahold of the actual people that RUN Family Search.....not the community: They can't help on this.
I recently had this same problem, and it took the FAMILY SEARCH people to resolve it.
Second - Here's my problem: A year or two ago, I started keeping a list of individuals who were in a family that were too young at that time to reserve temple work for. I have a hard time "leaving others behind". So I started a document where I keep them and their birthdates in order and clear them on or soon after their birthday. One individual's birthday was at the first of this month (October 2021), and even with a community discussion, someone THERE saw it and fixed it for me. With a narrative that after a day or two individuals should typically be available without permission by the system.....
Well: I have FOUR individuals that have had birthdays; one is today (October 9). The first was October 5 - it is still asking for permissions.
These ID numbers are (starting with Oct 5 - ending with today):
L24H-LM9, L55Q-55M, ZMR5-YMW and L12B-4ZL.
I don't know if something has changed recently. I had trouble at the beginning of 2021, and it's been smooth until this month.
Please do your magic and make these available for reservation WITHOUT permissions. (They are related - but at that old I have no idea who the closest living relative is....). And is there a better way to communicate DIRECTLY with these simple fixes? Like I could at the first of the year?? A community discussion does not resolve this. And maybe an algorithm has been recently changed??
Thanks for all you do.
