Husband shows no spouse or sealing to spouse

Charles M Lancaster, Sr #LDR4-LTV married Etta Christine Evans #KCDJ-XTT on 24 Dec 1905 in North Carolina. In the ordinance section Etta's record shows Charles as a spouse with a sealing date. However, Charles record shows no spouse nor sealing date. Please review record and correct the issue so Charles record will show a spouse and sealing date. Charles Lancaster is a distant cousin to me. Thank you, Ellen
