missing ordinances

Donna Mae Attwood GSCZ-FSX is the daughter of Kenneth Ward Attwood KWC4-4CC and Luella King KWC4-4C8 who were married 6 July 1898 in Manti temple, Sanpete, Utah, United States, so Donna was born in the covenent.
Donna was married to Ralph James Flitton KWCF-517 31 August 1948 in the Salt Lake Temple. The problem is that both are showing green temple, indicating they both need the temple ordinances to be completed when the ordinances are already done and should not be repeated. Please correct.

You will need to contact the Manti temple and get them to look up the ordinance get them to look up the ordinance and post it into the system. This will correct the problem.

Why did you fix something that wasn't broken? You have made it most difficult to send in a case to repair something that I, as a patron cannot fix. I found two of my close relatives that had completed temple ordinances, with sources, but still showed as missing their ordinances.
When I tried to send in a case I was unable to find where I could send the information. I asked for help with another family consultant, together we could not find how to send in a case to answer a question or fix a legitimate problem until we called and talked to an elder who led us to community. Please rethink how you set this up, we need help, not complication.

Wow!! And NO this did not answer my question. I must express my surprise, and disappointment. I served a mission in the Data Services Zone in the good old JSMB and talked with fellow missionaries who worked on cases exactly like the one I submitted for a first cousin that was born in the covennat, married in the temple, sealed to her children and spouse with whom she also served one or two missions, and was listed as needing her work done. I expected someone would correct the problem when it was brought to your attention. Now I get a "You will need to contact the Manti temple and get them to look up the ordinance and have them post it in the system and it will correct the problem." answer?
How Helpful!!!
My mistake! I am not concerned for my cousin, her work is done and the Lord knows it is done, my concern was for the members who will see the green temples and probably do the work again, again, again.... Unnecessray expenditure of time and resourses. Too Bad.....

Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happend to be a Member of the Church ... ]
Things (have) "Change(d)" ... somewhat ...
Just in case you were not aware ...
The "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, was established on the premise of ...
Users/Patrons, HELPING / ASSISTING, Users/Patrons.
And, had been operating quite successfully, as such, for a Number of Years now.
And, for those years, right up to earlier this Year, the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, was simply Users/Patrons, helping/assisting, Users/Patrons.
Somewhat recently (this Year) was the 'Demise' of the 'FamilySearch' "Support" Cases Management System.
With that demise; and, NO alternate System, the 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel) were "Moved", 'holus-bolus', with little, if any, "Knowledge" of; and/or, "Training" in, the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
Many of the "Moderators" [ ie. 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel) ] had never even participated in the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, before the "Move".
It has been a STEEP 'learning curve' ...
The WHOLE 'nature' and 'premise' of this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, NOW has to change (and, has been slowly changing, since the early part of this Year). The Forum is NO LONGER just, Users/Patrons, HELPING / ASSISTING, Users/Patrons; but, is now COMBINED with 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel).
Come the 1st. of November this Year, there will be a significant change to this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum; where, the matters pertaining to 'FamilySearch' "Support" (and, matters pertaining to "Temple" Work; being, one in particular), will be able to be somewhat 'quarantined-off', from the Forum at large - this may have a impact on the way things work.
Lets 'see' what happens, come the 1st. of November ...
And, there will DEFINITELY need to be, MANY 'Tweaks'; even, after the 1st. of November.
There are bound to be things (eg. Processes; and, Systems), that need addressing/fixing - only natural.
Again, it will be another STEEP 'learning curve' ... for ALL of us.
Things certainly ain't what they used to be ...
Just my thoughts.

I just checked with the specialty team about the ordinances for Donna Mae Atwood, GSCZ-FSX. First of all they are backed up, and get to cases as quick as they can.
Second: There is no official proof of death for her in FamilySearch. There is proof for her spouse, and her daughter, Loretta and her son Dennis. The Find A Grave record for Ralph James Flitton has a grave stone for the two of them, but no death date for Donna.
If you have proof of death, like an obituary, funeral program, death notice in the paper, please add it to FamilySearch, and the record will be updated.
We hope this lets you know we are trying to work with your issue.
