Technical Question - past discussion missing comments

On August 14 I posted to the German Genealogy Research group asking for help translating several baptismal records. One user Robert Seal_1 was very helpful and translated all of the items that I was having trouble with. Unfortunately, his post is no longer included in that discussion, so I no longer have access to his answer. Is there any way to recover that information? I have looked back on all of Robert Seal_1's comments, but they only go back until September. I would hate to ask the community for help again when they have been so helpful already. Please let me know where I might be able to access his answer. The title of the discussion was Baptismal Record Translation - here is the link: Baptismal Record Translation — FamilySearch Community. Thank you for your help.

I am not connected with FamilySearch

Perhaps you could contact Robert Seal_1 though the FamilySearch Community internal message system to see what he knows, and in particular whether he delated the comments (although this seems unlikely).

If his posts have been deleted through some technical bug, I would have thought that this was a problem which should be forwarded on by Community to the relevant technical people.

Thank you @Suzanne Adams1 and @MaureenE123 for responding to my question. I will try to follow up with both Robert and the German Genealogy group administrator. They have both been very helpful.

@spujadas I have remembered that Robert Seal recently posted about a post vanishing when he attempted to edit it. If this should happen to be "your post" I would definitely contact Mark McLemore.

Thank you again @MaureenE123 . I did contact one of the German Group administrators who said that this was the second time that she knew of that this had happened to Robert. I appreciate the suggestion to contact Mark Lemore - that probably is going to be my next step in trying to recover Robert's post.

    Thanks again.

    Hello @spujadas,

I just read the string of e-mails which began with you on 6 October 2021. You asked what happened to my posts in which I had provided translations for you.

On 20 September 2021 through a FamilySearch technical glitch that was never explained to me, my entire community account was wiped out and my 5,000+ responses were wiped out also.

Thus any of the 5,000+ responses I provided to anyone in the German community prior to 20 September 2021 are lost forever.

While my account was eventually reset somewhat to my satisfaction, the 5,000+ responses were never restored.

At least this provides an explanation as to why you couldn't find my posts.

    Sincerely, Robert Seal_1

    Hi @Robert Seal_1,

I knew that this was not your fault, but it is very considerate of you to let me know. I had corresponded with one of the moderators who was aware that there was a problem with your account. I also sent a note to technical support, but I don't remember a comprehensive explanation being given. I was trying to look back at your post again to see the names of the witnesses on the marriage record of Johann Falk and Eva Schutt in an effort to build out their family trees, and your translation was very detailed. Eva in particular has been very difficult to track down!

Thank you again for letting me know and thank you so much for all of your help. It has been fascinating to learn what life was like then!
