I am indexing Zimbabwe—Voter Registration, 1938–1973 [Part B]. M34F-7BJ

The project instructions say: Index all the information for a voter registration packet in the data entry area for the first image in the packet (with the claimant's name).

The batch I am working on starts with page 2 of a 4page packet, page one being in the previous batch. It would be great if the batches were made so the packets were not split up, but I assume that would be very difficult

Do I retrieve the information from the reference and index this packet or do I mark the first 3 images in this batch as no extractable data and assume that the indexer doing the previous batch will check the reference images that would be from my present batch and complete the fields.????

Hi Larry! Thanks for sharing the link to your batch.

Yours is the same as the example, How to Index a Voting Registration Document Spanning 4 images. Yes, you would mark Images 1, 2, and 3 on your batch as No, No Extractable Data as the indexer of the 1st page would index it on their image using the 3 reference images to gather data.
