Hvilke skritt kan jeg ta for å finne ut fra sivile myndigheter navnene på de biologiske foreldrene til et barn som ble adoptert før 1955?

Your question appears to be pasted from Google Translate. From you name I assume you speak English, so I'll just use that to answer.

The earliest publicly available birth records for anyone, adopted or not, is about 1933 at this point.

In general, privacy laws are pretty strict in Norway, so I doubt you have much chance of learning who the biological parents are of someone unless you are that person who was adopted.

Here are some articles from the National Archives of Norway on Digitalarkivet that cover the topic:

    1) https://www.arkivverket.no/en/personal-documentation/biological-origin

    2) https://www.arkivverket.no/en/using-the-archives/access-to-recent-archival-material

I contacted the adoption agency. We met with them and got my real name. My husband walked into the apartment of my father and told him he probably is his child's husband... He took it ok.

My mother had moved to Canada . They wrote to my real mother. Long story short... I flew to Vancouver to see them. Meeting everyone was great.

Wonderful outcome! Thank you for sharing! I have been in Vancouver myself a couple of times- very beautiful!
