What do I do about missing temple ordinances?

George Brooke b. 1808 GZJ4-LYG and his wife, Mary GZJ4-YRD, and their two daughters, Ellen Ellswick Brooke and Sarah Ann Brooke, had their temple work done in the Salt Lake Temple in 1962-1964. It does not show in familytree. I imagine it got lost along the way. I have the family group sheet that my grandmother used to submit them for temple work. It shows when and where and by whom their work was done.
