How do I find out who submitted my ancestors name for Ordinances to be completed in 2012?

My ancestor's name was submitted for Ordinance work to be completed and in 2012 it states it was done by Family Search.

My Ancestor was within the 110 year policy of today. How do I find out who submitted my ancestors name?
