Not available on my own ordinance

I understand that a living person's ordnance work is not available, but why can I not see my own?

Thank you for contacting FamilySearch. The link below should answer your question.
Family Tree sometimes displays "BIC (Born in the Covenant)" for a living person's sealing to parents.
You can view membership and ordinance information for yourself and minors living in your household on ChurchofJesusChrist.org, in the Member Tools app, or through a ward or branch clerk.
Did you know you can also have direct access to step-by-step articles on FamilySearch to help you find answers to questions you may have? On your Family Tree, if you go to the upper right-hand corner of your screen, you will see a ? in a circle. Click that and a dropdown menu will appear. Click "Help Center" which is towards the bottom left. This will take you to the link where you can type in topics in the search bar. You will find a wealth of information, including answers to Frequently Asked Questions. Articles are updated often and contain valuable problem-solving details to help you find your ancestors and work with the various FamilySearch features.
We hope that answers your question. Thank you again for contacting us at FamilySearch.
Have a great day.
