Declaration of Intention
I was indexing the above type of records. I only see two images which - I entered both as I saw them. Once I was done, I did not submit the batch as there was no button to do so. It seems as if I am going in circles as the system does not recognize the entries. It keeps wanting me to add another entry however there isn’t one.
Please advise.

Please share the batch number, so we can see the batch to help you. The batch number is the letter and numbers in Parenthesis's after the name of the batch.

If you’ve indexed all the records on both Images, then you probably need to use the trashcan icon in the middle of the horizontal toolbar to delete the extra blank entries. Click that icon, select the option “all blank entries” and click “Delete.” Those extra blank entries will disappear and you should be able to submit.
