Improve information density of record views to increase usability and efficiency

Many of the new formats for records do not allow the user to view all of the information in a single screen. There seems to be unnecessary whitespace. Because the information is not in a single screen, it requires scrolling to access all info. Of course, when scrolling, other info cannot be seen.

This slows down the transfer of information when attaching sources.

View of record from 'attach records' screen:

View of record when selecting 'Open in new window': takes 3 screens to see everything. And everything being so spread out requires scanning the eye all over the page to find what is needed even when it is all within view.

The primary purpose of 'opening in new window' is so that I can see the info while I am attaching the record. Having to scroll around in the new window is cumbersome because I am working in the 'attach record' window.
