Incorrect data in family records.

My wife's deceased husband is listed as BIC to his parents. This data is not correct. How can this mistake be corrected?

History: Paul Randolph Machula (KWH2-R8Q) was born to his mother's second husband. He was the oldest of one brother and a sister. His mother was sealed to her first husband and not her second husband. After death of both of his parents, his mom and her second husband were sealed along with his deceased sister. So, does that make Paul and his brother born in the covenant (BIC)? FamilySearch records show Paul as BIC. This appears incorrect. Is it?
