Change record to correct ancestor

It appears that the record for my grandmother is not her most accurate record...may have been a mistake on my end when I was trying to update her death. As a result I have lost her part of the my tree and it is blank where before the other record gave all of the details. Question - how do I go about correcting her record or switching out what I have to what it should be? Thank you!

    Richard,

Could you give us the ID # of your grandmother in Family Tree?

You can go to the Latest Changes and see where you changed things and possible be able to restore your information.

The Latest Changes feature allows you to review all of the changes users make to an ancestor’s record in Family Tree. You can then reverse the change if you feel it is incorrect or contact the person who made it. In some circumstances, you have to click Reference to see the restore option.

    Hi Richard,

Check under "Recents" and possibly find your grandmother's ID number, You may be able to add her Tree back by using that number, and connecting her as a spouse, child, or parent in your family.
