You have asked why the system says to contact FamilySearch to find out about the SP which is not readily available for the record of George Nelson Newhall GZDV-LBQ.
The SP ordinance includes three people: a father, a mother, and a child. When the ordinances for one of these individuals says Not Available, which is the case for all of the ordinances of the father Percy Melrose Newhall MXGQ-QW3, the concern needs to be forwarded to a specialty team who can determine why the father's ordinances are not available. Because of the status of Percy's ordinances, the SS to his spouse and the SP to any of his children are not available.
You did not indicate whether your are related to George, and you did post this in the Temple and Family History Consultants category so we are assuming you are asking for someone else. The knowledge article in our Help Center discusses how we handle concerns when the ordinance status is Not Available. https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/in-family-tree-what-does-not-available-mean
Because this question is actually about Ordinances, we are moving the discussion to the Temple Help Center category instead of the Temple and Family History Consultants category because there may be other users who have a similar question about individuals in their own pedigrees. Don't be alarmed when the discussion appears as closed in the Temple and Family History Consultants category. Click the Title and you will be redirected to the Temple category where you will see that the discussion is open and active.
