Unable to share a name for Temple Work to a relative
I am trying to share my Mother in Law’s ordinances to my sister. I have shared my father in law and 2 sister in laws with no problem but every time I try to share my mother in law I get the message come up “An error occurred sharing your Temple reservations”. I have been trying for 2 days both on my ipad and lap top

Many thanks for your message. Yes I have tried all of those steps you mentioned in your message. Every thing worked fine for her husband and 2 daughters but keeps coming up with an error for her x

@Cooper52, please provide us with details about your equipment. That would be needed before we could report that the system is not acting as designed. Also, when do you get the error message?? Is it in the final step after you provide the name and email address for the person you wish to share the ordinances with? You are still welcome to private this additional information, and you can always print the card and then email a copy of the card to whomever you wanted to share with.

yes it is the final stage. I put my details in and my sister’s details in and when I press send it comes up with the error message. I have been trying for 2 days, both on my ipad and laptop
