Resolve photo stuck in processing state?

Hi David,
It can sometimes take up to 24 hours to see the photo. Is your photo still in the processing stage? Please let us know if you still need help with this issue.

Uploading photos can be a tricky process at times. If the processing seems stuck, sometimes the best thing to do is refresh the page, clear FS cookies, temporary files and cache, and/or switch browsers. Or. . .just wait it out?
Hopefully you are able to successfully proceed with uploading memories.

My daughter and I had the same issue as we uploaded several photos of pioneer ancestors. These photos all say "processing" and have not resolved. I also asked a question to FS because I did not see your comment. So, you are not alone in this issue. I am concerned that I will need to re-upload all the images I worked on.
