I'm having issues uploading photos and tagging them
I have uploaded 5 pictures, small size about 3 mb each, and the page shows that it is still processing. Upon clicking the image to tag people, a thin gray box appears and shows that it is still processing with no other image and no ability to tag. I've tried logging out, closing my browser entirely, and turning my computer off and on. I don't know if it's from the recent work that was done a few days ago, but I'm frustrated I can't upload photos.

@claraelizabethsevy1 - after about an hour, the image I loaded finished processing, and I was able to tag it. Still having problems attaching images to post or comment here in the forum, however. Think I will give up for today and hope for better tomorrow.

Sorry you are having an issue uploading memories. We suggest you try a different browser, or clean the temporary internet files, ( cookies) from the browser of your choice. This step often resolves to poor upload issues. Hope this will help you.

Probably not the best idea to suggest user error/browser fault when the site is malfunctioning on many levels.

I find that if you can keep your upload under 1 MB for each upload, it doesn't get stuck. It loads pretty quick! If you still have problems, try taking a snap shot of your original and upload the snapshot, which is a much smaller file type and loads very quick!
