I have been out of the indexing game for awhile (and the reviewers who get my stuff will certainly be able to tell that) and I have the above Obituary card/list I am working on. The last two names could be the same person, but the dates are different (looks like dates published in the indicated papers). As they are different dates I would think I would index both. But I'm also leaning toward it almost being a duplicate. Please help.

You should create a record for both of those since they have different dates and we are indexing dates.
