Can you allow a sealing to parent?

Margaret Lucille Newman #L26R-SXV and several of her siblings need sealing to parents. However, because their mother's name is Signora, the ordinance cannot be reserved. This is the mother's actual name it is not Mrs. The sources show Signora I Gound or Newman is her legal name. Can something be done to allow this ordinance to be completed?
