All computer updates, in our day and age are NEVER improvements. The are ALWAYS a step in the wrong direction. You should have left well enough alone.
It is absolutely impossible to find the records with your new "search" features. Obviously we have handed off the website to "the younger generation" who can never leave "well enough, alone".
I have been doing genealogy since I was baptized in 1984, and I have adjusted to all of your many updates, to your website, and your continuous updated way of doing things, when it comes to family history. All have been improvements... until NOW. This is an albatross around our necks.
Every computer program I have ever had, in and out of the church, has been an improvement, until the last... say... 8 years. Now we, the entire world, and the church, are just going backward, computer-wise, not forward. Can you sense my frustration? UGH!

I struggle to see the argument that favours mobile platforms. This is not the kind of work that can be done for any length of time on a tablet, and certainly not on a 'phone. Personally I sit for hours (with breaks) on an ergonomically designed chair with a keyboard at the correct position and I use a screen that is large enough to view without effort. If I tried to achieve the same results as I currently do using a tablet I would really struggle. Oh ! Wait ! Now I am performing at that rate, acheiving virtually nothing except posting comments, just like mobile users !
