Migrating my Mother's Temple Ready

Hello, I am in need of tech assistance. My Mother has passed away and I am need to migrate my Mother's entire temple ready list over to my account. I have been told I could request them a few at a time, but I left the box of names at her house 2 states away and there is a lot of them. I am hoping that her account can just be gone into and have all of the waiting names "shared" to my account. This will allow us kids who take names to the temple via phone to be able to complete the work.

I have member numbers that I could give, but I can't find a way to actually contact Family Search tech crew. As a link to both accounts I will give the name Anna Catharina Kremkau LBZM-6F1. That is a person that my Mother has shared with me in the past. Hopefully, that should be able to show the link from her account to mine without posting TMI in an open forum.

Thanks for any help!

In case you need the Obit for proof as it says in the "request of release of members entire family names list"... http://rasmussenmortuary.com/joan-kremkau-shipley/

    Hello @Erin W-Ross

We have sent you an email. The ordinances which were on your mother's reservation list have been released and are now available to be requested.

    best regards

    Hi @Erin W-Ross

We do not move ordinances from the temple list of one person to another person's list after someone passes away, however, we can arrange to locate the temple list of a recently deceased family member to release the ordinances back into Family Tree where other family members can find them and reserve them.

We will be sending you a personal message to gather some information to help us find your mother's reservations so they can be released. It will then be up to you to locate and reserve them. Please reply directly to the message we send you so that we can forward your issue to the specialty team that can resolve this concern.

I would suggest you contact FamilySearch. You can contact them by clicking on the ? mark with a circle around it. When the window opens on the bottom right hand side you will see "Contact Us", click on it and it will give a phone number you can call.
