Search issues
HI,
I've been trying to use the Death Certificates, Florida, Sumter County, 1877 - 1939 but takes multiple reloads to get to the individual certificates. I view the certificate then download and save it to my desktop (no problem there). When I go back to the original list, I am having to reload it every time. This happened all day yesterday and now again today. Are you having issues with the computers or is this a user issue?

Exactly how are you finding this collection? We did not find a specific collection with that title which causes us to believe it is part of a larger collection. Can you please provide your search path, or the URL for the collection you are working in?
Regarding you concern about getting back to your original results page it would be helpful to know how you are opening specific death certificates. Often when you click a link to go to a specific location, you can right-click with your mouse to request that the page be loaded in a separate tab. This would allow you to just click on the previous tab to get back to the original results. If you take some time to work with the image you open, you may find that the previous page "times out" and you have to reload the information.
Without specific information about how you are doing your research, and the specific information related to where you are searching, it is difficult to determine whether this is a problem related to your computer or not. From a general search results page regarding Death Certificates from Sumter, Florida, we collected a screen shot which demonstrates the list of options when you right-click in the Chrome browser. You can see that you can open any individual image in a separate tab so that you can quickly return to your results if you do not wait too long.
