I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]
Certainly ... INTERSETING ... to say the least ...
I would humbly suggest, that the reason, for the problem/issue, may be the considerable number of "Merges"/"Combines" for Mary "Polley" CARSLEY ( M67K-QQG ).
Mary "Polley" CARSLEY ( M67K-QQG ) has some Seven (x7) "Merges"/"Combines"; as, evidenced, in her "ChangeLog".
But ...
That Said ...
NONE of those "Merges"/"Combines", were actioned AFTER that "Sealing" in April 2019.
And ...
There have been NO "Merges"/"Combines" for James WATSON ( LHZZ-QJC )
It will interesting to 'see' the outcome ...
Brett
ps: I just got interested; and, took a quick 'look'; as, Mary "Polley" CARSLEY ( M67K-QQG ) is in my "Ancestral" Lines.

Brett,
Mary "Polley" Carsley M67K-QQG is my 4th Great Grandaunt. I descend through her brother John Carsley III. My FS helper thinks the disappearance of Mary "Polley" and their SS on James' ordinance page is due to an incorrect merge of Mary "Polley" into Mary Davis, the first wife, back in 2015. Strange that Mary "Polley" still shows as James' wife in that case. She has requested FS undo that merge and thinks that should restore the SS. I hope that works. I have untangled a number of incorrect merges before, but I have my hands full on other lines right now. If FS will do this one for me I am thrilled and very grateful! How do you connect?

'Yes' ... I believe that your "Helper" may be correct.
'FamilySearch' most likely will not do that for you.
Do you want me to take a look at that for you?
