What were you thinking? change isn't necessary unless something isn't working. There were plenty of other fixes you could have done instead of mess with this.......

So sorry that you are disappointed with the new Community pages. The change was put in place to help us upscale our responses. If we don't have enough volunteers to run the helpline (which is also expensive) this is the next best way for questions to be answered.
If you would like to suggest other ways in which we can be improve, we would love to hear them. Please click on Ideas on the left hand menu and record your suggestions there.
We do hope that as you get used to using the Help Centre and Community pages, you will become more comfortable with the system.

Here is how you can send your comments directly to the programmers. In the screenshot below, you can see there is a small Feedback tab on the right of the page. They are looking for input regarding the changes.

The new search page is by far much worse than the old page - on my screen the options shown on top fills up the page such I can not see the results. The new page formats might try to make the pages easier to read but are making things worse. If you are using contractors to make these changes they are ripping you off by not changes and checking them before people are to use them and charging you for making changes to changes that are not really useful. If you are doing these inhouse or not checking them before implementing them, you should be reviewing them better. The changes the last couple months are awful and reflect very poorly on a system that is the past were relatively stable and widely accepted as a useful system. Who ever is leading and overseeing the changes should really reconsider the approach and changes being made. I have worked with computer system for 50 years and my daughter is a computer engineer and she does much better with friendly user systems than what is being done with your site.
