In Progress - Can't unreserve

I have two names that I reserved that II've discovered I'm not related to. If I try to delete or unreserve the names, it simply states that it's IN PROGRESS. How do I go about removing these names?

Thank you for posting your question in the Community. The "In Progress" shows on the individuals ordinance page. If you wish to remove the ordinance from your Temple list you will need to click Temple next to Activities at the top of the screen. You can then click on the small box in front of the person's name and click "unreserve" to remove them from your list.

This was so helpful I'm going to ask another question.

Where do I need to go to share my reserved names with my children and grandchildren?

Sometimes when I click on share a round circle with a line through it comes over that option.

    Any other ideas?

    Hi Patricia,

You share from the Temple list, by putting a check in the box in front of the name on your Temple list, and click Share. click Share With Family, or Friends, and fill out the form.

You will get the round circle with the line through it if the ordinance cannot be shared. For instance, if you reserved the ordinances through Ordinances Ready, they cannot be shared. Ordinances that were previously shared with the temple cannot be shared again.

Wishing you success in sharing names with family or friends.
