i sent you the name of Richard Fletcher K464-YTD  because i am unable to do his temple work.

if you put in his number K464-YTD you get Bertha Heel, but if you put in his brothers number of MLXM-6PP you will see right above him the listing for Richard Fletcher with the same number as Bertha. please help me fix this problem.

    @RockwellWhitham1

    You have turned around the digits in the additional record that exists for Richard Fletcher. These are the two records: MLXM-6PP and K464-YDT. You mentioned an ID number of K464-YTD so you turned the "D" and the "T" around in your post.

    These two records appear to represent two different people since the K464-YDT record is for a child who died as an infant, and the MLXM-6PP appears to be a brother who was born after the first child's death.

    With that being said, we don't see anything to "fix" regarding the PID number mixup since you simply typed the ID number incorrectly by accident.

    Looked at the ID#'s and there is a transposition of the numbers the patron has listed.  K464-YTD is Bertha Heel whereas if you look at

    Richard Fletcher

    1588–1616

     • K464-YDT

    a very subtle difference. Sent the patron a private message.
