temple work for friend

I have been asked by a close friend Mike to do the temple work for his deceased daughter Sophie, who was also my close friend. Mike is not a member of the Church and does not have a FamilySearch account, though he is investigating the church. I have his verbal and written permission. However, I can't request Sophie's ordinances online because it requires me to be an immediate family member.

I have created a profile for Sophie (ID: G878-NCR). Her name is Sophie-Ann Košar, her birth date is April 8 2000, and her death date June 24 2020 - she's been deceased for over a year now.

I have also created a profile for Mike (living person, ID: G87J-BT9) and attached it to hers, along with her deceased mother's name (Ann Košar, ID: G87V-74G). I have Mike's contact information too if it is needed.

Please let me know if there's more information I need. Mike would like her temple work done ASAP! So I am hoping to receive permission to request her ordinances as soon as I can.

My email is [email protected].
