this is Bonnie Price again, I have reserved her sister, Mary Ella Decker work. I am just wondering what the difference is between Frances Decker and Mary Ella Decker. How do i go about getting permission if I don't know where to get it? I would really appreciate your help. Thank you

Because Mary Ella was born in 1907, she does not fall under the 110 year rule. That is the difference.

    Hi Bonnie,

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-request-ordinances-for-an-ancestor-who-was-born-in-the-last-110-years

May I add a bit more to what Suzytx stated above. Mary Ella Decker was born in 1907, so she is beyond the 110 rule. Her sister Frances Decker was born in 1916, so her ordinances are still under the Permission Required status until 2026. The article link above may be helpful.
