Couple Ordinances

I pulled up this couple under ordinance ready and a sealing to spouse came up. I researched this couple only to find nothing has been done for them? No Baptism, confirmation etc..

I'm finding this error on many relatives now that I research them before printing. Many have nothing done, but are already sealed?
Let me know what is happening her?
Thank You,

Thank you for posting your concern in the Community. The Sealing to Spouse is traditionally printed on a separate card, so the ordinance has often been completed before the other ordinances, but is not effective until the other ordinances are completed. The article below may be helpful.
Family Tree may show that a person's ordinances were done out of sequence for several reasons.
- The names came from an extracted record. For example, if the name was extracted from a marriage record, only the marriage information was available. At the time, only the sealing to spouse was performed. The remaining ordinances were done later. They may even still need to be done.
- The ordinances were inadvertently or intentionally performed out of order in error.
- The person's ordinances may have been done multiple times. Family Tree displays the earliest ordinance date for each ordinance. The earliest date may be on a duplicate record for that person. You can fix this problem by merging the duplicate records.

Correct order of temple ordinances
My ancestor's ordinances were performed out of order during his or her lifetime
From the article " How do I find family names for the temple with Ordinances Ready":
- If you decide not to perform the ordinances reserved using Ordinances Ready, please unreserve the ordinances. You cannot share ordinances found through Ordinances Ready with another person.
Ordinances Ready does not determine if pre-requisite ordinances have been completed when sealing-to-spouse ordinances are requested. Please ensure that baptism, initiatory and endowment have been completed for each individual before proceeding with a sealing ordinance.
Also Ordinance Ready gets names in several ways. The article below shows where they come from.
