printing temple ordinance cards

When printing temple ordinance cards for sealings is it possible to print the ID # under the parents names? When you have multiple people with same name it would be handy to know which "John or Jane Smith" were the parents.

@Kelden Everett . Printing the ID # under the parents, is not an option at this time, although it could , as you mentioned be useful. We recommend you provide that suggestion to our Team that considers such enhancements. You may find that link in our Help Center, using search term feedback or you may follow this link,

When I go to my reservation list, there are several pages of people reserved. I find it frustrating in selecting individuals that when I checkmark one individual from one page and have to go to the next page to find the next person to print, it loses the first check mark, thus It seems to require you to print one card at a time. This new enhancement for printing temple cards is not user friendly.

Referring to your comment on having several Pages of reserved people, large lists can not respond correctly.

The filters provided with the reservation list are great for grouping the names that are ready for any given ordinance (except Sealing to Spouse). Playing around with all the different filter options to become familiar with how they work and how they sort the names is fun. If you want to print more than one name at a time, onto one piece of paper, filters are the way to go. (Just note that printing can be done from only 1 page at a time.)

Those are great suggestions and valid concerns. Perhaps the squeaking wheel might get results if you posted feed back How do I give feedback to FamilySearch?

    Bug Report:

Symptom: Check-marks disappear when users go to next screen or previous screen on reservation list.

Operating System: Windows 10 Home Version 20H2

Browser: Firefox Version 94.0.2 (64 bit)

Note: The check-marks disappear whether sort was used or not.

Work-around: Users have to send multiple emails to share the desired names, and print multiple PDF files to get the required cards, not to mention the extra sheets of paper and extra ink for the repeated instructions in each PDF. In addition the printer goes through a prep cycle for each PDF file which also consumes more ink. Sorting in different ways to try to get the names onto one screen is another possible workaround, but it usually results in more time and difficulty and in the end having to resort to the first workaround anyway. Since the temple is not returning cards, users need to use this workaround three times as much.
