I have been doing Naturalization forms. This batch isnt the same

These 2 cards look more like name change or something. They are not the same. I want to know what to do with them.
should I index them or not. the batch number is US, Missouri—Naturalization Records, 1843–1991 [Part C][M38X-4V2]

"Yes, these should be indexed. They are Naturalization cards, and while the first one shows the individual changed his name, it is not a name change record. We would follow the Project Instructions, What to Index, second bullet point, which tells us:
Index the following 5 types of naturalization documents: certificates of naturalization, declarations of intention, petitions for naturalization, oaths of allegiance, and naturalization cards. If a document does not have a title or heading, look at other information on the document to determine the document type."
Thank you for asking for clarification!
