I'm working on this batch. It only has 8 names to record. I filled in the information for those 8. The program is asking for 25 records and won't let me finish the batch.

Hi Lorilee. You need to delete the remaining unused records to get the batch to submit.
Click on the trash can icon, select "all blank entries", click Delete. Then your batch will be able to be submitted.

You need to fill in all remaining fields with blanks. This can be done one at time (tedious) or a whole record with one click. If you put your mouse arrow on each icon across the top you will fine those options plus other info.
