How do I recover my mother's reserved temple names now that she's deceased and her has been blocked?
My mother passed away in May of this year. She had a long list of reserved names in her account. I contacted Family Search in June or July and I received a long list of her names that had been released. The problem is that 300 of the names only had the ID number and nothing else and the numbers are all wrong. When I type in the number a message comes up that says no results found. There were about 40 names that had been written out but then the person said that were tired of doing that (which is totally understandable) and just typed in the numbers. They are all wrong. I don't know what to do to find those names that my mother worked so hard in finding.

Pleas follow the instructions in https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/a-person-who-reserved-ordinances-has-died-is-incapacitated-or-had-church-membership-withdrawn
The applicable instructions are :
Request release of a member's entire family names list
Please contact FamilySearch. Be prepared to provide details:
- Name of the relative.
- For a deceased relative, provide documentation of death (such as a death certificate, obituary, or funeral program).
- For a relative who has had a withdrawal of membership, provide a statement regarding that membership status.
- Your relationship to the relative whose reservation list you want released.
- A few of the ID numbers, names, and birth dates of the individuals you believe are on the temple ordinance list.
Hope this resolves your situation.

I understand that's what I need to do but I can't find anywhere on any page where I can attach the required documents.
