Temple Ordinance Reserved by Family Search

With regard to my ancestor Michael Glasspool (L7JN-4PT) it shows that Family Search reserved his temple ordinance re: Sealing to Parents on 2 Mar 2018. I wish to reserve this outstanding ordinances and then 'share' with temple. I have attempted to do this this morning and am finding that I can reserve the ordinance but there is no option to 'share with temple'. I fail to understand why this ordinance has previously been reserved by FS and why it still shows as such. I also fail to understand why I am unable to share this ordinance with the temple. I would be really grateful is someone can help me so as to acquire a favourable outcome. Many thanks in advance. (There IS always hope)

Beverley, you have a commonly asked question. The ordinances for Michael Glasspool have already been shared with the temple, so there is no need for you to reserve & share them again.

The green temple icon with a clock indicates that the ordinances have been shared with the temple and are available for persons who plan to attend the temple to request. Once the name is on the temple list, you have 90 days to complete the ordinance before it becomes available for another person to complete.
