The page, after signing in, that usually displays photos and tasks and last names worked on only circles and does not load. This has been happening for several days now. I tried deleting cookies and that did nothing to correct the problem.

    Hello @LAHS6

It's frustrating when our computers don't work as they are supposed to!

You may need to do a variety of computer "housekeeping" tasks to get things working properly again.

If you haven't already, please review the following article, which describes several things to do:

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-delete-all-of-the-cookies-and-temporary-files-stored-by-my-internet-browser

    And:

    Troubleshooting tips

Many internet browsers, such as Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, allow you to delete temporary files, cookies, and other items when you press these three keyboard keys at the same time:

    • Ctrl+Shift+Del (Windows users).
    • Cmd+Shift+Del (Mac users).

You may also need to update your browser and operating system and possibly, switch browsers.

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/which-internet-browsers-are-compatible

The above article includes this paragraph:

If you have problems when using one of the supported browsers

    1. Refresh the page you are viewing. For Windows, press the control (Ctrl) and F5 keys at the same time. For a Mac, press Apple+R or Cmd+R.
    2. Delete the browser history to remove old copies of that page stored on your computer.
    3. Use a different supported browser.

To summarize, try deleting temporary files/cache, resetting FamilySearch cookies and if all else fails, switch browsers and/or shut down your computer and reboot.

Hopefully you will be working again quickly in Family Tree. Good luck!
