problems finding relatives that only need the endowment
Before Family search changed all the rules on printing out ordinance cards the cards were returned to us. We used them to track what was next that needed to be done. Now the cards are no longer returned to us. I have over 5000 names in my list. they are not sortable by what needs to happen next. I tried using the filter tool but it was useless. If i ask it to only list those that need the endowment it gives me all the names who need the endowment as well as baptism, confirmation, etc. I can use the new tool to print out a single endowment card but once it is printed it will not allow me to print out another card until the 1st is completed. Tomorrow I can scheduled to do back to back endowment sessions but can only print out one card. To drive the 40 miles to print out another card defeats the whole purpose of scheduling back to back sessions (save money and time) If i go into the reservation list and ask it to print out 6 endowment cards it gives me a printing error--it does not tell me what the error is only that i should try again later. This has been going on now for over a month. I would be thrilled if I could print out 6 endowments at a time. This would allow me to plan my schedule for the next two weeks With as many names as i have in my list i like to do my own names rather that those the church provides. I am very frustrated with the changes and find myself spending more time trying to work around the changes than i do in research. Please help me learn how to use the system in such a way that it will assist in the work rather than hinder it.

I am finding the same exact results you are finding when I filter by Not Printed and then I uncheck every ordinance except Endowment. When the results came up I clicked on every name to see the person page and out of 179 names, only 31 of them were ready for endowments, and most needed all three of the prerequisite ordinances. This is definitely not helpful when you want to do endowments.
But then I tried selecting Perform Next instead of Not Printed and it only brought up the 31 that were ready for endowments! Then to make it even better I selected Sex instead of Date Reserved in the Sort section and it brought up the list with all the males first and then all the females. Then in the Sort box I clicked Descending next to Sort and it reversed it so all the females were first and the males last. It just made no sense to me that there wouldn't be a way. Sometimes you just need to play around with it.
I didn't try printing any, because I didn't want to do that right now, but it looks to me like I would be able to check 6 boxes and print 6 endowments. Please let us know if you are able to do this and print 6 endowments.

When you are in FamilySearch, click on "Temple", then click the filter button, If you move down the filter page you with see "Filter by Ordinance". uncheck each type of ordinance by clicking on the ordinance, only leaving the Endowment with a check mark. Once you do that, the only people you will see are the ones needing the endowment ordinance.
Hope this helps.

One suggestion I have is for you to share all the names you have with the temple file. Then unshare back to your "My Reservations" list just a dozen or so names to work on. When those are done, then do it again. This will allow others to help you with the work and will make your reservation list much more manageable. My husband and I have recently done this as well as our teenage daughter. It is thrilling to get notifications that ordinances are being done all around the world by others who are also related to our relatives. And it helps us focus our own temple visits with specific ordinances. And the best of all is having a "my reservations" list that is extremely manageable.

Hello, @kaylymandavis1
While having such a large number of reservations may slow things down for you, I was successful in my own reservation list in bringing up just Endowment ordinances that have not been printed by sorting as follows:
Filter: Not Printed
Sort: Date Reserved, Ascending (this lists the oldest reservations first)
Filter by Ordinance: Endowment
You could sort further by sex or name. From there you should be able to print as many cards as you like. I think you can print as many as 45 name cards at a time, but the names all have to be on the same page.
Hopefully you will be able to print the number of cards you would like to take with you to the temple.

All of the comments listed above miss the fact that using the filter does bring up all those who need the endowment but it also brings up all those who, in addition to endowments need initiatory, baptism, etc. This makes it very difficult to segregate by ordinance needed. The program does not distinguish those who have the preliminary ordinances done and only need the endowment and later ordinances.

Did you try filtering as suggested? I just did another test with my own list. I have 460 reservations. I filtered: Not Printed. I left the sort on Date Reserved; and then unchecked all the ordinances, except for the Endowment in Filter by Ordinance. The result was 5 pages of Endowment not printed, 215 in number. As I review the names, and click on them, I can see that the Baptism, Confirmation and Initiatory are greyed out, meaning those ordinances are completed.
Here is a link to the knowledge article explaining filtering, in case you need it: https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-filter-my-family-names-list

Yes I did the exact same filtering and get 60 pages (2959 names) of males that need endowment --however it is not unique to the endowment as many of them also need baptism, confirmation, initiatory etc. In fact the first page (50 names) only had 1 that had the preliminary ordinances completed. Still frustrated by the system.

If you choose Perform Next instead of Not Printed, you should get a list of those whose first three ordinances are completed and are ready for endowment. We tried it both ways, and when we chose Not Printed, we got the same results you described. We didn't try printing, because we didn't want to actually do that, but it looked like all you would need to do is check 6 boxes and it would print cards for endowment for those 6 individuals.
