I have permission from this couple's daughter to her parent's temple work for them to be sealed in the temple.

Pamela,
Here is a link to an article that will describe what you need to do to request doing Temple ordinances for a friend.
The article states, "You must submit signed permission from a close living relative of your friend. Then, you can request temple ordinances for a friend to whom you are unrelated."
We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Where do I submit signed permission? We live in different states does she need to take a picture of her signature? I have her permission over text. Can I upload the screenshot somewhere?

We have submitted your request to an internal department for approval. They should be contacting you for the written approval that is required to allow you to do this work. We do not know the present workload of this department and as such we are not able to predict a time frame in which this contact will occur. Know that you will be contacted. Thanks for your work in this area.
