I have a sealing date for Elizabeth and Rober Washington 9K9L-QPF
- Also, what does it mean when FS states "This person's name contains invalid characters."

The problem with the invalid characters comes from the husband, Robert Washington, ID# 9K9L-QPF. The information about who he was should be entered in Other Information. Please review the link below:

When you remove the (4th GGF of President George Washington) and place that information in the Other Information area, you should be able to see the Sealing date and place.

You need to make sure that you have standardized all places. Robert Washington has ( ) around part of his name that are invalid characters. It is possible that once you correct the name, the sealing will show.
(4th GGF of President George Washington) is not a standardized name and should not be in the name. That information has already been added under "other information".
Invalid characters:
Follow these guidelines:
- These characters are not permitted: \ @ # $ % ^ & * _ + = | ~ ? < > [ ] { } ( ) ; : 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9.
- Avoid extra spaces.
- Hyphens and apostrophes are allowable if they are a part of the actual name.
- Avoid names with initials only.
- Avoid words that are not usually names, such as “not named,” “unnamed,” “Mister,” “Wife,” "twin," or "son."
- Generation numbers, such as Steven Smith III, are acceptable in the suffix field.
If after you have corrected all of the "small" problems, the sealing doesn't show, please answer back and then we will send your request to specialized department. But first correct the issues listed above.

I removed the invalid characters; however, that did nothing to change the ordinance dates.
Robert Wasington 9K9L-QPF still does not show 26 Apr 1949 as sealing date to Elizabeth Light.
And none of the ordinance dates show up for Elizabeth G8ZL-YG7
