Ordinances Ready
Hello,
It's been a few days that the "Ordinances Ready" page gives this message:
Select Ordinances
Type Unable to Print Ordinances
Sorry, an error occurred while preparing to print the ordinances that you requested. We apologize for the inconvenience.
I tried to clear the history but the result doesn't change. Can anyone help me?
Thanks.

Based only on my own personal experience when I got error messages with my printer. I would cancel the document(s) in the print Que, this is important, why I don't know but it is, FROM THE back of the PRINTER unplug the cord--wait 30 seconds and plug the cord back into your printer and turn it on. It clears the printer like a cold start clears a computer;.

Thanks for your answer, but that is not my problem. The printer is fine. There are no printing queues on it.
The problem is the website because it works if I try to print the ordinance from the person tab.
Besides, I experienced another problem that I have on all my web browsers on the website churchofjesuschrist.org, that is, from any page which I try to access on one of these drop-down menus ( Find a Temple, About Temples, Attending the Temple), the page refreshes itself without giving me any possibility to click on one of the submenus'.
A time ago I wrote to the support, but they didn't help me resolve this problem.
So, for taking the appointment to the temple through churchofjesuschrist.org, I use a different way, and for print the ordinances, I am forced to go in each person that I want to print the ordinance and print every time a name per page.
I would like to know to who I can write to notify these problems.
Anyway, thanks for the help, and have a good day.

Thank you for posting in the Community about the error message when trying to print ordinances from Ordinances Ready. This is a known issue for which the engineers are investigating.
We hope the problem will be resolved soon.
Thank you for your patience.

I am having the same issue now in 2022. I googled my issue and I found this post. Has anyone figured out a resolution?
